1993 Bridgestone NB-26 comfort bike we refurbished here at Bike Boom. If your'e not familiar, Bike Boom is a used bike shop in Davis square, on the border of Cambridge and Somerville , near Boston MA. where we specialize in restoring and refurbishing used and vintage bicycles and offer professional bicycle repair services.
Don't bother, you will not find the 1993 Bridgestone NB-26 in the 1993 Bridgestone catalogue. According to a Bridgestone fan bike forum here    and here  it was a simple, entry level city comfort bike which was added to the Bridgestone line up in the middle of the year, hence not showing on the yearly catalogue.
In the first link, scroll all the way down, one of the writers describes a conversation about the meaning of "NB" with Grant Peterson, the man behind the brand, as the "New Bike" or the "No Brainer" as it had indexed shifters which were not common on bridgestones at that time.

  1. I just purchased a green ladies bridgestone from a bike store here in Tempe Az.And it took me a while to find a sm. bike that fits me. I'm 4'and 9.5 in tall, it has been very tough trying to find a bike that I could ride and none of the bike stores special order and I have never heard of bridgestone. I am glad to say i am happy to have found this bike.

  4. Index shifters were definitely common on Bridgestones by then, but those funky Shimano wishbones certainly weren't, however.
